Satellite – a rechargeable indoor lamp

This centerpiece light is crafted from two spun aluminium discs. The top dome houses all the electronic components, including the battery, LED, drivers, and touch sensor. The power switch is activated by a simple touch on the upper metal plate. The arm connecting the two discs is made out of brushed stainless steel.
